Now go to the Notes app on your iPhone or iPad and see if the note exists. Make sure that the wifi connection is active in order for it to be synced instantaneously. Some times it does take some time to sync up.
If the simple steps above did not fix your issue, you can also try to delete the Notes app and re-install it.This seems to work for a few people as well.
